Two historic warplanes collided and broke into pieces, six died in the accident

Vivid News 24: A fatal accident during an air show. Both the aircraft collided head-on and disintegrated. About six people died in the accident. The American city of Dallas was the scene of this terrible disaster. It is well known that the Boeing aircraft air show (also known as the Fighter Plane Air Show) was the first of the World War II era.

At that time there was an air collision between the Bell P63 Kingcobra and the Boeing B 17 Bomber. Two planes crashed simultaneously. Several planes caught fire. Both the planes were carrying six passengers each. All of them are believed to be dead.

It is known that the whole thing was caught on camera during this air show in Dallas city. The video has already gone viral on social media. Seeing which the whole world is shaking. An investigation into the accident has already been launched by the National Transportation Safety Board and the FAA. A large number of spectators turned up to watch this vintage air show in Dallas, Texas. Many people captured the moment of the incident on camera.

The mayor of Dallas, Eric Johnson, said about the whole incident, “As many of you have seen, a tragic accident happened in our city today during the air show. Not much information is known about the accident. The National Transportation Safety Board, in cooperation with the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas Fire Department, is investigating the incident.”

Note that the B-17 is a bomber made by the Boeing Company. It has 4 engines. This aircraft first flew in 1935. This bomber started working in the US Air Force from 1938. During World War II, this fighter aircraft was crucial in defeating Germany. However, in 1968, America cancelled these aircraft. 

However, it was with this series of aircraft that America dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan. On the other hand, the aircraft that collided with it is Bell-P63. It’s a fighter jet. Its costume name is King Cobra. This aircraft has been in the US Army since 1942. It is also currently retired. This type of aircraft was mainly used by Soviet Russia at that time. Both aircraft are vintage.
