His fan base’s size alone and the respect he enjoys in the film business are unrivaled and undeniable. Any harm or violation to his identity or reputation would cause our client enormous loss and have an impact across numerous fields.”
The actor who plays Kabali has exclusive rights to his personality, according to the legal notice, and any unauthorized use of that personality will be viewed as a serious offense. His name, picture, and likeness being used without his permission on goods, advertisements, and other commercial endeavors is a crime.

Any person or organization that violates these rights will face criminal penalties, including fines and jail time, according to the notification. The letter makes it clear that Rajinikanth, who goes by Thalaivar, has taken this action to prevent his followers from being duped by unauthorized goods bearing his name and likeness. This statement from the Lingaa actor demonstrates his resolve to put an end to unauthorized actions, the sale of misleading information, and the use of his name to promote fake goods.
Rajinikanth would thereafter play the lead role in Nelson Dilip Kumar’s film Jailer. Jailer has been in the news for a while, and it recently gained new attention after it was revealed that Jackie Shroff, one of the most well-known Bollywood actors, was in talks to play a crucial part. Jackie-related scenes would be shot in Hyderabad, according to reports. Jackie’s representative told that he is reading the script and evaluating the significance of his character.
