Prime Minister will visit major Gujjar areas of Rajasthan

Vivid News 24: On the 1111th anniversary of Bhagwan Dev Narayan’s birth, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Malaseri in Rajasthan’s Bhilwara. Even though the Rajasthan assembly election is 10 months away, the culture ministry organized this visit.

Bhagwan Dev Narayan was born in Malaseri and is highly revered there, especially by the Gujjars, who are now a significant voting bloc for both the BJP and the Congress. The BJP provided tickets to nine members of the Gujjar community for the most recent election.

They all failed in their attempt to have Sachin Pilot elected as the first Gujjar chief minister of Rajasthan because Gujjar support shifted to Congress. Contrary to what was previously anticipated, the visit of PM Modi appears to be the BJP’s deliberate outreach to the Gujjars bank through a religious program.

“Many religious and cultural institutions, including the Ujjain and Kashi Vishwanath temples, have been renovated by the Prime Minister. I’m hoping that action will also be taken for the Dev Narayan temple. Nothing ought to be considered purely political.

Between 40 and 50 assembly seats in eastern Rajasthan are held by the Gujjars, who make up about 9% to 12% of the state’s population. The Gujjars have previously engaged in violent demonstrations in support of reservations and have lately vowed to prevent Congressman Rahul Gandhi from entering the state.

“The previous incident won’t happen again. The Gujjars lost the last match, and they have since learned their lesson. We want Gujjar MLAs, of course. About 40 seats are influenced by Gujjars. Watch the effects to see what they are “At the Dev Narayan temple, Colonel Kirori Singh’s son Vijay Bainsla, who has assumed leadership of the Gujjar reservation movement following his father’s passing. According to Mr. Bainsla, Sachin Pilot is a unique factor that cannot be repeated in every election.
