Vivid News 24: Devendra Fadnavis, the deputy chief minister of Maharashtra, declared on Thursday that Disha Salian’s death, the manager of the slain Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, would be the subject of an investigation by the Special Investigation Team.
A week before Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was discovered hanging from his home’s ceiling fan, Disha Salian was discovered dead on June 8, 2020. On Thursday, BJP MLA Nitesh Rane brought up the death of Disha Salian and demanded that former Maharashtra minister Aaditya Thackeray submit to a drug test in connection with the matter.
“The Mumbai Police is already handling the case. Those with evidence may present it. BJP leader and state home minister Fadnavis stated in the House that this would be investigated by an SIT. Ajit Pawar, the leader of the opposition, asserted that politics should not be brought into this. Fadnavis stated that no one will be singled out for suspicion during the investigation.

Disha Salian was allegedly murdered, and Nitesh Rane has asserted numerous times that he had proof of this. According to Nitesh Rane, Disha Salian’s boyfriend Rohan Rai was fully aware of the the murder and vanished as soon as she passed away.
Bhaskar Jadhav, a member of the Uddhav faction of the legislature, accused state and federal home ministers of delaying investigations for political reasons and mentioned how Rashmi Shukla, a former head of intelligence, received a clean bill of health in the case of the phone tapping of MVA leaders while the BJP was in power.
When Shinde faction MP Rahul Shewale brought up the matter in the Lok Sabha and demanded an investigation into the case, the whole situation heated up once more. He claimed that ‘AU’ was the name of the caller who reached Disha Salian. Shewale questioned whether “AU” was Rhea Chakraborty’s friend Ananya Udhas or Aaditya Thackeray.
